Co-Branding
Dürr maintains relationships at eye level with its partners around the world. This can be reflected in the design of Dürr media by presenting both partners as equal senders.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Positioning
As a rule, the partner logo is placed as prominently as the Dürr logo within the logo header. This applies to both the partner logo’s position and size.
Logo header – The partner logo (A) replaces the slogan and takes its position. It is placed opposite the Dürr logo (C), usually in the top-left corner of the format. It is aligned at the left of the print space and centered vertically with respect to the Dürr logo. This does not affect the Dürr URL (B). The URL can be omitted if there is too little space due to a narrow format.
Size
The partner logo must not appear larger than the Dürr logo. Equal prominence should be given to Dürr and its partners. Furthermore, the partner logo must not be higher than the Dürr logo. The partner logo height can be aligned with the geometric segments of the Dürr logo. You can find examples below.
Wide partner logo – The overall height of the partner logo can be oriented towards the cap height of the Dürr logo.
Compact partner logo – The overall height of the partner logo can be oriented towards the overall height of the Dürr logo, but should not exceed it.
Round partner logo – The diameter of the partner logo can be oriented towards the overall height of the Dürr logo, but should not exceed it.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Sub-brands
Partner logos can be combined with Dürr sub-brands in addition to the Dürr logo. This applies to sub-brands with and without the sub-brand label.
Positioning – If the Dürr logo is replaced with a sub-brand logo, the position of the partner logo remains unchanged. The partner logo position is still oriented towards the position of the Dürr logo. This is not affected by the combination with the sub-brand label, which usually occupies the bottom-right position in the format.
