Corporate Portraits
GENERAL
More and more of our customers are interested in who is behind Dürr - ideally before contacting us. It is therefore particularly important to create a consistent and recognizable appearance for the contact person.
The people to be portrayed represent a connection to both the activity and the company. The background motif conveys a sense of space at the headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen. This supports the authenticity of the portraits. The blurry background provides enough visual clues to not distract from the subject.
If shooting on location is not possible, studio shots of the subjects to be portrayed are processed through background montage. This ensures maximum continuity in the appearance, regardless of the location and time of the shot.
If there is an individual need for portraits for further applications such as press releases, social media, advertisements, etc., special photo shoots will be organized. These are excluded from the above guidelines.
USER GROUPS
The topic "Corporate Portraits" focuses on all contact persons represented on the homepage. Editing and publication are handled centrally by the marketing department.
Dürr claims to present its employees' portraits uniformly across all channels, not only on the homepage. For this reason, photo shoots are offered on site in Bietigheim-Bissingen during introductory events for new employees, which take place regularly. Outdated images are replaced regularly if they no longer comply with corporate portrait guidelines.
PERSONNEL
The actors are expressive and positive, with natural looks.
A natural smile appears on their faces as they gaze at the camera.
CLOTHING
Business casual. Clothing choice varies according to the person's field of activity. Uniform colors are desirable; garish hues and intricate patterns should be avoided. There should be no visible logos or labels on the clothing, except the Dürr logo.
PERSPECTIVE AND POSITIONING
The person is photographed with as shallow a depth of field as possible. He or she can stand frontally or turned towards the camera and be positioned centrally or asymmetrically. This free space brings a discreet and calm dynamic, especially with a large number of contacts.
- Vertical alignment: The chest image is aligned so that the eye level roughly corresponds to the template horizon line.
- Horizontal alignment: Free horizontal positioning within the bounding box.
LIGHTING
Studio lighting imitates natural lighting conditions, giving the feeling of standing in a light-filled foyer.
COLOR BALANCE
Subtle, natural coloring without oversaturation.
